-- blessed to have such good friends so close by. We had dinner with Ken & Emily last night. If Emily ever offers to make trout amandine for you, DON'T TURN HER DOWN!!
-- thankful for family. We went up to see Reason's family on Saturday and had fun surprising Dad, hanging out, and pulling up dill weed.
-- wishing I was in Truckee for the family reunion. Miss all of you!!
-- dying to get internet at the house. But enjoying the excuse for lattes.
-- ambitious. I now have a basil plant and an oregano plant. Here's hoping my, ahem, "gentle" touch doesn't kill these plants too. *sigh*
-- so refreshed by the church service we attended yesterday. Two weeks, 600 miles, and 2 apartments is waaaaay too long to go between church services. Trust me on this one.

Ditto the AT&T note! Ken was on the phone with them...er, rather, with several of their lackeys...last night. I was SO thankful I wasn't the one trying to beat sense into them.
Glad you liked the trout! We'll have to try something new next time.
I want to come visit y'all and your nearby friends -- this fall I hope, or otherwise in the spring, sometime this year while I'm still just a few hours away.
