Three days after we got home from Virginia, Jeremiah flew out for a visit. Well, OK. Maybe there was a tiny bit of business involved, too. The wonderful, amazing Conference Coordinator arranged for him to fly in and out of our local airport so that he didn't have to make the 2 hour trek from the Major Airport. (Thanks, Chrissy!) He got in Friday afternoon and by the time I got home from work, he & Nicholas had already covered half a dozen different topics of conversation and had settled in medieval British history. Ah yes... they were happy to be reunited.
Saturday, Jeremiah was off being persuasive in a suit while Nicholas and I enjoyed a day at home reading books and prepping for Sunday.
What happened Sunday? We had people over, of course! Only K&E, P&A, and K made it, but we had such a great time. You know how it goes when you've got a bunch of PHCers. It doesn't take much to amuse them. :-P
I was reminded how much I love entertaining. We've had people over, of course, but I haven't had that big of a crowd since we moved in and Nicholas's family came down to help us unpack. Which doesn't count, since his mom brought all the food.
Thanks for coming, Jeremiah. We were both so glad to see you. Come again, OK?

Believe me, I look for excuses to go to MI now... and that is not something that normal people do... ;-)
