Tasty Onion Chicken

So my wonderful husband cooked dinner for me tonight, from a recipe that we've been meaning to try for about 3 months now. This recipe (and photo) comes from one of the Taste of Home cookbooks we got for our wedding. If we do it again, we'd use less butter; but the combination of Worchestershire sauce and mustard is definitely not your average flavor!

Tasty Onion Chicken

1/2 cup butter, melted (1/2 to 2/3 would probably work just as well)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions, crushed (found in the snack foods aisle)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

In a shallow bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Place onions in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with onions. Place in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2in. baking dish; drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.
